Billing Software System (SPATIKA)

SPATIKA is an initiative by Department of Social Welfare for bringing transparency in the governance.
The name is inspired from the stone "Spatika" which in itself is so pure and transparent. The project is initiated to ensure the stakeholders involved has right to access to information and ensure there is a complete transparency in the operations and governance.
